Genealogies - Avery's, Wight's, Wight Family Tree
It is the sole purpose of each genealogy page is to share the information I have with others. I have only included my direct lines, though I do have additional information on other branches. My maternal grandmother, Dorothy Ann (nee Wight) Kendall, is the leadoff for these branches of my family tree.
The Wight family tree has many branches, but the main lines are the Wight's, the Avery's, and the Whiting's. These branches are the ones in which I have the most information. Below you will find details of the Avery's genealogy.
The Avery's belong to the Wight genealogy by Sarah Avery's (3rd generation) marriage to Joseph Wight (5th generation).
It is to be noted that the Avery's, along with both the Wight's and the Whiting's, were founding families of the town of Dedham, Massachusetts.
